Electrolytic etching is a technique used to create engravings on metal surfaces. The training covers, among other things, the preparation of surfaces and the etching process, as well as the creation of photos and lettering.

The training allows you to discover the different stencil printers and the different electrolytic generators. It also covers the different types of liquid electrolytes and metallic supports in order to understand the equipment needed to perform a gravure.

The program addresses various creative possibilities, including: photo engraving and lettering engraving. The trainees also learn to prepare the surfaces and the engraving before moving on to the actual production.

The training is tough 4 hours. It combines didactic input, time for discussion, as well as exercises and simulations. The dates of the sessions will be determined with the school.
