From teaching technical skills to supporting professional projects, each member of the FCTV team contributes their expertise to guide trainees throughout their training.
Rémi Castelain
Training Director and Trainer. Working closely with the Training Manager, he supervises the other trainers to ensure the quality of the training provided. A trainer since 2014, he has also worked as a mobile professional sharpener and business owner since 2011. He specialises in sharpening tools used in professional grooming.
Daniel Faroni
Training Manager and Trainer. He helps trainees secure funding and ensures the quality of the training provided, as demonstrated by the various certifications and accreditations obtained. He also ensures compliance with the laws and regulations applicable to training centres. He has been a mobile professional sharpener and business owner since 2018.
Jacky Dumont
A professional sharpener since 2021, he has also been a trainer specialising in food industry tools since 2023.
